Edgar Moser - Lead Pastor
Born in rural Giles County, Virginia, youngest son of five boys, Edgar is proud of his country upbringing and the many fond memories he has of growing up in a large Godly family. After graduating as a "Spartan" from Giles High School, Edgar moved to Roanoke to begin his career in the field of secondary education. While teaching at his first job, he met his future wife Ginny, who he has been happily married to now for over 40 years. With Ginny's invaluable love and support, Edgar has served as a teacher, coach, and principal, in Christian as well as public schools, for over 35 years. Edgar and Ginny have led youth groups, taught college and career church classes, and spoken at various Bible camps and conferences in Missouri, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia, and always enjoy time with their grandchildren. |

As a result, Chris has gone on to lead men's Bible studies and small groups and most recently serve as the church's AV Lead and Webmaster as well as our main supply preacher when Pastor Edgar is away. |
Steve Pegram - Visiting Music Minister
Is a native Virginian and has lived in Roanoke for more than 40 years. Steve began playing guitar around the age of 4, served as his high school drum major, and went onto play at a number of churches and community events throughout the Commonwealth. Steve credits his high school friendship with Pastor Edgar as bringing him to a saving knowledge of the Lord as well as a desire later to serve others with his music. After many years in retail, Steve began his own lawncare service in Roanoke allowing him to to share his faith with many he may not otherwise as he runs his own business. In addition playing lead guitar and accompanying Pastor Edgar each Sunday, Steve also tunes and maintains the church's musical equipment.
